Service boundary

Applicability limit
The present catalog is not a comprehensive federal or state compliance management system. AWIA workflows are intended for community water systems serving more than 3,300 people. The utility remains responsible for determining applicability, reviewing work product, retaining required records, and taking regulator-facing actions.
Security and data handling
- TLS protects client-server traffic in transit.
- Neon-managed PostgreSQL storage is encrypted at rest.
- Stripe handles payment card collection; Regris does not store card numbers or CVVs.
- Server-side authorization scopes customer data to the applicable user and utility.
- No RRA or ERP document is requested during checkout.
- Regris has not obtained SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP certification.
